WEST Career Possibilities -HR & L&D

Last week I participated in one of WEST - Women in the Enterprise of Science and Technology's Career Possibilities panels with some really amazing people. We talked about our career paths, pivotal moments in our careers, trends, mentorship and building networks.

There were several consistent themes that showed up throughout the conversation:

- More people that you think travel a non-linear path to their current roles
- Authenticity > Trying to turn yourself into someone you are not
- Networking can be reframed as intentional relationship building, which can make a daunting term feel more manageable and even dare I say exciting :)

The WEST - Women in the Enterprise of Science and Technology Career Possibilities panels are designed to help you think about your career path and the different options that exist. Over the last year, there have been panels on:
