Meet your coach and facilitator, Laurie Bohn

My passion is helping new and aspiring leaders develop the skills they need to succeed in today’s complex workplace. I specialize in coaching managers in the middle—those stepping into leadership roles or looking to strengthen their impact.

Through my coaching, I help leaders build empathy, foster effective communication, and lead with confidence. I’m committed to helping you align your leadership style with your values, so you can lead authentically while achieving career growth. My work as a board member of WEST (Women in the Enterprise of Science and Technology) reflects my dedication to advancing leadership in STEM fields.

    In this program, we are focus on honing the skills leaders need as they step into 'being responsible for the people who are doing the job', as Simon Sinek once put it.

    A tailored leadership development program for professionals who are nnew to management or looking to step into leadership roles. This program focuses on helping you:

    - Build confidence in decision-making

    - Develop empathy and emotional intelligence

    - Communicate effectively with your team

    - Lead with your values and purpose

    As part of this program, you will receive 6 1:1 coaching sessions with Laurie.

    This program is open to individuals or small teams. Get the tools you need to become the leader your team deserves.

    For teams, this program is approved by the MA Workforce Training Grant program!

Having navigated my own journey through pivotal career decisions, I try to coach with empathy and insight, helping clients gain clarity and confidently make empowered choices. As an ICF Certified Coach, I am committed to providing coaching in accordance with the ICF Values and Ethics.
